Getting emo means you're alive! Don't beat yourself up about it! Make amends as best you can, and let it go. <3

just try to forget about it. Apologize if you need to and then forget it. I get mortified if someone manages to push my buttons but I just have to remember that kicking myself for it later is just another way of letting whatever happened control me still.

I am sorry you are feeling crazy, but perhaps there is value in going deep with your self loathing. It's kinda like a gift you have been given - but it needs to be opened slowly and carefully lest it explode in your face.

You might like to open it slowly like emotion recollected in tranquillity. It plainly wants to tell you something. And may even want to tell us something as well. And just look - it is shouting at you. No wonder you feel a little crazy.

You don't have to open it all at once. And you have done the right thing and started to open it here with us. Company brings a certain amount of safety.

But it really wants you to listen, safely and carefully and come to understand so it will be able to speak to you with confidence in the future.

I get the feeling the day after I get really drunk.

    Immense self loathing.

Why? That happens to me too, regardless of whether I actually do or say anything crazy. I'm not quite sure the reason, but I think it has to do with the fact that I talk more. I don't drink very much as a result.

This was interesting for me to take a step back and try to listen to what the self-loathing might be telling me. At first it seems like it's just saying, "Don't lose control," but I'm sure there is something under that.
