There's a very marginal difference after you hit the submit button. I can't calculate anymore to prove my point, but on PerC after hitting submit it takes about 1.5 times as long as it does on TypeC for the post to show up. Might have something to do with the traffic then?
hmm... i may... since i use a variety of comps i never really have a constant to work with.. traffic miht be the answer since perc is a bit larger... i think
not that anyone would answer truthfully if there was, but i'm seriously beginning to wonder
I know you're joking Prplz, but I offer the following.
It is not possible to "take over" a forum, unless you hack it.
I for one am very pleased with the recent influx of PerC members at this site.
Some of them I have known for years, like @TreeBob(I had to bail him out of a Canadian jail for chasing an endangered species of Kodiak bear through the forest while wearing a full on ballerina outfit, tiara and all. Can't let my ESTP Bro' sit in the big house) and @Kayness, who always had great replies to all the smart-asses (me included) in the PerC ESTP forum.
To my great surprise and delight I now realize @Stephen and Kayness are each other's S.O., and have enjoyed his commentary here from the get go.
@Phoenix has written some great threads.
I know there are others I have not yet fully had a chance to interact with yet.
So, I see this not as a "takeover" - I see it as the first string of a major league team got tired of their management, walked across towm, put on some new jerzees and kept rocking on with their bad selves. And that is something I am thankful for. This forum needed some talented, experienced people to stir up the mix, and they have arrived.
