It's called respect. Also do unto others springs to mind.

What universal sexiness do women find in men that aren't based on self-confidence?

    Is there any?

I'm getting an electric upright bass soon. Apparently they're a big hit.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

There are several threads in the Sexuality section on what people find attractive.

I think by nature's design, if you're a straight woman who doesn't consider herself asexual or sexually repressed, just the fact that men are men turns you on. I personally don't need a man to be macho and confident to be attracted to him emotionally, mentally or physically. I just need him to be confident enough to let me know who he is, i.e. to express himself to me. Who he is goes beyond - far beyond - his sex and sexuality. Then again, if he were a woman with the same personality and opinions, I wouldn't be sexually attracted to him, so I guess I'm just straight.

But I think I might see what you're trying to say. Are you suggesting that, compared to women, there's not much aesthetically pleasing about men? I guess objectively, that might have some truth to it, but since you're a straight male (I assume), you just aren't aware of how attractive almost every one of a man's body parts can be to straight women. *resists using the "wink" smiley! resists!*
