    Default Weight and Height

What is your current height and weight?

And uh, to keep this from being the fluffiest thread ever, talk about how you feel about your weight and height, if and how you aquired it, if you like it, etc.

    I'm 5' 7" and 143 lbs.

I still feel that I'm too thin though; I've been lifting for a while and plan on continuing to improve my muscle mass. Hopefully I'll be able to weigh around 150 or something in the near future. I dispise my height though; I'm too damn short! Everyone else is freakin taller than me!

    5'9" 160.

I look and feel best around 140. I think I can probably lose 15 once the weather gets warmer and running gets funner again. Not sure about losing 20....I have to suffer quite a bit for that.

Maybe too wiry...could get buffer I spose. People have been pushing for it....though I see no other reason other than vanity.

    5'10''. I haven't measured my weight in a while...I'd guess around 180.
A bit muscular, but I need to burn some fat. I may post a pic here once I decide that I'm looking good.

Six foot and 198 pounds. I could stand to lose 20.

    5'9" and 124 pounds.

I would like to be taller, but don't really have control over it. And I tend to think about trying to gain weight, and act on it somewhat - my diet is good as far as its contents go, but it's too low on quantity, as I am averse to eating.

6'5" 180, give or take. I think on "paper", that sounds really skinny, but I actually have a little gut.

edit: Oops.. how I feel about it? I don't know.. I'll just side a little with what Z says below. I'm a hard gainer. It sucks that I have to put more work and eating than some to bulk up.

    6'1.25", 160lbs.

I come from a family of long-distance running TJs, so both me and my sister are tall and lean.

Two months ago I was under 155, which is light for me, so I started adding a protein shake a day to my regular diet.

I also started adding in push-ups and pull-ups on my non-yoga days, and have increased my normal meal intake a lil bit.

I actually have kept an excel sheet of my weight each morning and night, and it's been interesting to see the development.

I'm regularly coming in at over 160 in the mornings now, and am aiming to be up to 165-170 within the next few months.

The most I've ever weighed was 170, when I was living in Europe, and had a nice little Spanish lady cooking for me.

I have an absurdly high metabolism, so gaining weight has always been difficult for me -- I eat a lot.

I think it's getting slightly easier, now that I'm into my late 20s, but it's still not easy.

When I was 12, I was given a bone density test, and told I would be 6'2".

I don't think I've grown much since my late teens, tho.

At the time, tho, I think I was about 5 feet tall.

My ideal size would be 6'2", 180lbs.
