also i'm kinda scared i'm shrinking. i used to be close to 5'9 but now i'm barely 5'8.

And I doubt that people would start shrinking at your age.

171cm and 78kg. I'd like a couple more kg. I'd eventually like 82kg, always felt strongest at 82kg.

Welcome to reality. I'm just a person. I'm not Indiana Jones, a pornstar, or some ISTP character you saw in a cartoon.

Besides, the only reason I can fight at all is because of my brother. Getting your ass kicked is healthy.

5'10 and 160lbs. I would like to gain up to about 170. I have recently begun doing pushups/situps/pullups again as well as running. The plan is to just alternate days until I am looking/feeling awesome and then sticking with it.

5'11" 75/80 kilos, give or take, just around the 12 stone mark, I can't tell you what I weigh in lbs off the top of my head right now.

There's this BMI thread going around and, I haven't had my BMI calculated since January 2010, so needless to say, I used to know it, but I've forgotten it.

5'7 or 5'8. I was 5'6 for quite a while then I grew some and haven't been measured since.

Generally around 120. Probably 115 would be great or still one twenty but more muscle and less fat.

I really want to work stegthening my upper body and core. I do endurance running, yoga and play soccer but I've had a hard time keeping a good routine.
