I hope you derive as much enjoyment from using them as I did.

5'8" give or take 1/4" and 160 lbs.

My legs are super solid with muscle and I've got some good definition in my arms. But it means I can't wear skinny jeans if my life depended on it (that and I've got a sizeable booty).

Could probably stand to lose 5 lbs or so of fat, but I think it makes me a little more feminine (not as apparently athletic). That and I like carbs too much.

6'0 180lbs. Got it from working out and eating right, never eating at nigh, and drinking half my body weight (in ounces of water) to optimize my body's output.

For one thing, your brain and body are 70% water at the least, and seeing how we use some or most of this to accomplish everything we do, we should replenish and nourish our body's most lucrative and abundant tool. It keeps my moods on par, my body runs fluidly and cleanly, and expels waste on a regular and efficient basis. I heard a rumor from a health nut and decided to try it out. After the pros unfairly outweighed the cons, I infused it as a sacred regimen in my life. My body thanks the hell out of me, too.

    5'8", 165lb. Somehow.

My friends have commented that they don't know where that weight is; they guessed 130lb or so.

    I'm just a dense person.

Muscle and bone structure contribute to weight. Muscle, for starters, weighs more than fat.

That's why many people believe the BMI thingy is crap.
