i don't update it much anymore, usually just mobile uploads which lately are pretty much exclusively food, animals, or places i went. i do have lots of movies/tv shows/music that i like listed, so i guess that says something.
I'm not really sure what my FB page says about me. Random status updates ranging from music I'm really digging to current events and rants. Whenever I come across a new discovery, thought provoking quote or piece of art I really adore, I'll share. I also enjoy sharing extremely controversial topics. A while back I had close to 400 friends, 300 of which I had no genuine connection with, so I went on a deleting rampage citing "nothing personal" blah blah. If I haven't shared a drink or a good conversation with you, good day sir/mam. I was deleted by 1 kindred spirit who got a little too wound up with Ingram and Peta. An INTP that took too much of my ranting to heart I suppose. FUck him and his Peta drones anyhow, his loss.
I like to keep close contact with a select few that I don't see often, and thats really the extent of value it holds.
Cam whoring, 55 gazillion pics of narcissim "this is me in disneyland" or "this is me holding a dead animal carcass" is uber-lame, imo. I just dont see how liking coke over pepsi, folk music and Charles Bukowski is some defining aspect of a person, atleast I don't see it as so. Your not your fucking khakis people.. and anyone worth a dam will see through it anyhow.
An INTJ friend that is getting some degree in information technology and working for some hot-shot company tells me he considers deleting his FB 3-4 times daily. He isn't tin-foil (yet) but strongly opposes the info collection on people. Watching the watchers, I think he has a point =)

I use facebook hoping everyone won't mind as much when they don't hear from me for a while. Don't think it "says" anything but what it says, cept the sections I filled out. Just a picture of me as a kid, work/education history, philosophy, arts/entertainment, activities/interests.
Trying to make a statement with what you do, wear, or things like facebook is a total waste of time.
