    Default Friggin' Coyotes

Okay, a couple of days ago while smoking at night (my efforts at quitting have thus far been a failure) I saw a coyote exit our bushes and proceed to walk down the driveway and onto the road. I'm pretty sure I have just heard a cat be killed by a coyote tonight....I'm dearly hoping that someone who can shoot straighter than I can will hurry up and kill those fuckers already. I admit, I've started to hate those mangy beasts ever since they killed my dear cat several years ago. They have been allowed to live for far too long now....

Dont let your cats out if there are coyotes around. Ofc the cat might get killed, its the owners fault for letting the cat go outside freely.

If you saw an coyote, why didnt you go chase it away if you dont want them away? I mean they are just reasonably small dogs. You are supposed to make them afraid of humans..

    Poor kitties.

A coyote might be just what I need to keep the neighborhood cats off my car when it's not parked in the garage. Yeess...

Wonder if SP BIL can trap one at the ranch.

    .
I live in the suburbs (not the exurbs) of a large city and an even larger metro area....there were not supposed to be any coyotes around.

And frankly, I would rather not risk rabies shots.

Okay. But im pretty sure the coyote would run away if you came at it yelling and waving a stick or throwing rocks at it

Maybe, maybe not. That's why my ESFJ buddy fired shots into the air, to scare off the coyotes from attacking the pet dogs/cats at night, but it is more rural out there.
