As an ISTJ I have to strongly object such behaviour. If you are speeding, then you'd better accept your punishment for your reckless actions.
I didn't flirt with him to get out of the ticket. I didn't even think to get out of the ticket as I'd not think that was possible with a radar. I flirted with him because he was cute and it was natural (he wasn't wearing a ring). I was surprised when he gave me the fix it ticket, which I did not ask for, after he told me how I was speeding. I'm sorry but I wasn't going to give him the fix it ticket back and ask him to give me the speeding ticket instead.
He also gave me the volunteer phone number. Maybe I'll call.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why cops get into such a bullying mode with me and the best I can come up with is that I have a passive persona that triggers their bullying instinct. I'm nice and straightforward, a bit intimidated in that my hands shake, but I also don't demonstrate that I belong to the "club". It comes down to privilege.
I guess it's great that so many other people and police have such a cuddly connection. Who knew.
