The worst thing I've done is call my mother a "weakling" and "pathetic." It was not as bad as what I called my father during this same period, but unlike the case with my mother, I don't feel bad about that.

Not mean necessarily, just overall unhelpful.

I cussed out my mother once. I was 9ish. I would have kicked my own ass, but my mom just let it be. She's awesome like that.

    C'mon...you know you wanna share
You actually do care and your adopting this label, misanthropic, to try and deal with, through denial, the fact that you do.

Well, you sound like a well-meaning person to me. It's unfortunate that your mother punishes you as she does and that others don't understand your frustrations. I'm sure that these people just don't see the positive, thoughtful side that we do. I hope that the people who you call your two real friends are there for you; I'm sure that they're with you through thick and thin. They sound like amazing people.

Just give it time! I'm sure that those who misunderstand your intentions will wisen up eventually. Just put those thinking skills to good use. Show them the thoughtful person that you are!

Awww....you're sweet...I try to use the skills I really do but sometimes I either confuse people or I don't make sense
