    1) Magneto
    2) Jonaleth Irenicus (Baldur's Gate II)
    3) Cavil (Battlestar Galactica)
    4) Senator/Emperor Palpatine
    5) The Joker (I thought Nicholson and Ledger both did a great job with the character in different ways).

Plenty of other good ones in the above choices, but those are the ones that stand out as most memorable to me.

Can only think of four right now:

    Davros (Dr. Who)
Guy of Gisborne (BBC Robin Hood series)
    Saruman (Lord of the Rings)
    Kitiara (Dragonlance)
I've been called a criminal, a terrorist, and a threat to the known universe. But everything you were told is a lie. The truth is, they've taken our freedom, our home, and our future. The time has come for all humanity to take a stand...

Because of my Ne limitations, these are all chosen from movies on the shelf in front of me.

    Thunderleg, Drunken Master

    Thulsa Doom, Conan.

The bad Buddhist Monk from Iron Monkey.

Darth Maul from Star Wars Episode I, probably the only thing good about those movies.

    HAL, 2001: A Space Odyssey.

    Master Killer, Kung Fu Hustle

    Caterine Vauban, I Heart Huckabees

Darth Vader, never depicted on the other side of the phone from Robot Chicken

    The Alien in Alien

I'll have to think of them as they come to me, but:

    Ursula (The Little Mermaid)
    Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmations)
Mrs. Oleson (Little House on the Prairie)
    Capt. Lewis (Private Benjamin)
Charles Logan and Dina Araz (Seasons 5 and 4 of 24, respectively)
    (more later)

And a couple of somewhat unlikable protagonists that I've always had a soft spot for:

    Madame Bovary
    Hedda Gabler
Mary (Downton Abbey--though she's kind of just an updated Scarlett O'Hara, esp in S2)

Useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.
