Default What do you do with your days off?

Do you usually have plans or do you have to decide that morning? Do spend your time relaxing because your job is pretty taxing mentally or physically or both and what way do you relax? Or do you instead train and take on self-improvement in your free time?

We both work but my ENFJ's job is much more demanding. For that reason, I try to see to it that nothing is really planned, outside of sports that our kids participate in. Those are generally Saturdays so Sunday is for sleeping in, reading the paper, having a leisurely breakfast...those kinds of things.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

Sleep, lounge around, watch TV, clean the house, run errands, practice instruments. I usually have "plans" that consist of not having plans. I usually have a couple of things in my head that I want to accomplish, sometimes a social activity, but usually my days off are for me-time.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.
