If it was something like your own intuition was always correct it'd be great.

Nope. It's pretty easy to tell what people think.

Yes. This would be much better. Quicker decisive action can be taken.

I have this power, it's fine, nothing special. I meet people, I can tell they don't like me, I'm an army of one so that's fine, one day I will meet somebody that will like me, things will change at that point, until then, I'm very happy not being liked, it's over rated and in my opinion means you're doing something all wrong or not being real!

^The point of the hypothetical is that you would KNOW, not that you have good intuition about it. No one KNOWS what everyone thinks of them.

I'm pretty sure I'm right more often than the average person is about what other people think of me, but it would be an entirely different thing to have unfiltered access to other people's thoughts.

    It'd be sweet.

Yeah, I think that's my experience. Most people tell me. Most of the time I already know.

I always expect the worse, so no I wouldn't want to know. I've made it this far without too much bullshit, so why borrow trouble?

I always assume people don't like me, so when I meet one who does I am pleasantly surprised. I was an army of one until I was 28. I consider myself fortunate.

No one needs to ask what I'm thinking because I've already told them.

It sure might have drawbacks, but I am tempted to say yes. Generally I think in rather worst case scenarios about what other people think about me, so the only disappointment that might come from that ability would be that those suspicions will become definite facts. But the possible advantages could be very great...
