    Guy was going 98 in a seventy and didn't get a ticket, at that point, the cop can pretty much say whatever he wants. I don't think he intended to give him a ticket even before the radio went off. Not a prick.

    If you're going 28 miles over the speed limit, you're just asking for a pissed off cop to pull you over. I'm surprised the officer didn't write him a ticket at the very least. If you're driving in a foreign country, it's common sense to obey its driving laws.

    Not writing a ticket shouldn't allow you say whatever you want.

    Cops can enforce laws while still building rapport. Good example of what not to do.
