Red face Would you eat a human?

After seeing Hannibal, I've always wondered what a human brain would taste like. Supposedly, it's made mostly of fat. That sounds really yummy. The way it sizzled in the pan in the movie with the cooking oil looked wonderful, although that probably wasn't real, but now I'm curious.

I guess cannibalism is illegal though.

What about animals? Are there delicacies I should be aware of in animal parts that most of the world doesn't care to eat that tastes really good? This could be a good thread for posting such delicacies, I suppose. I would enjoy the learning experience.

...Oh, yes, this is quite serious. I know I can be weird sometimes; I'm serious though.

I think humans get a better dietary intake than caged animals on a farm though. There is some sort of problem though with eating people; there's this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuru_(disease)

Beef/veal brains and sweetbreads, which is the thymus gland of the animal is rather well known as far as delicacies go. Veal being far superior to older beef and after a couple years the organ is gone. They are very mild and delicate tasting. There is another sweetbread which is the pancreas but I've never had that. In the movie, you see the human sweetbreads being soaked in cold water with lemon juice which removes any blood and firms them up for frying, and that's the same prep for veal. I would assume the taste is fairly similar, depending on the age.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

Fine, what about the time I inadvertently seasoned the pasta sauce with my own blood?
