I've eaten brains. Not human, though. I would not knowingly eat human flesh. I'm not sure I would if the alternative was starving to death. But you never know what you'll do until you get there.

I would donner some human meat upon my person if the chance was there for the taking.

I'm not sure. I've also seen the Hannibal films. I read Hannibal Rising. I watched the movie "Alive."

I will say I'm not used to missing meals, and would practically do anything if I were hungry.

Yet, I don't walk around thinking about "Gee, I that person's thigh would go well with cheddar cheese and a nice Merlot."

However, if I were stranded on a island with someone who died, I might think "meat is meat", and they won't care, they are dead.

May I ask what that is? And how does it taste like?

No, unless i was starving...or some other life threatening situation. This includes eating animals.

I would not like to eat a human but if i found myself stranded, hungry and desperate then who knows.

I was reading an article in the New Scientist last night about how Plant DNA is finding it's way into the humans, well makes sense if we are eating it .. I suggest you be careful who you eat, don't want some fooked up human DNA causing havoc in your body. Hmmm.

    I don't know....

(Pictures passing on to another life very uncomfortable and hungry, or maybe just fading away into nothing.)
(Pictures eating salty, gooey rotting human flesh for a few more moments- or the hope of a few more years.)

Maybe not when I think of it logically.... But you never know what desperation and hunger will do.

Seeing as the OP isn't barring regular situations, (without desperation) I picture eating a human at the dinner table. "What? We found him dead on the side of the road, we didn't kill him." I would probably just start vomiting in this case.

Animals, in any case, I don't think I would have trouble with this. It's just deeply ingrained morals/ beliefs that lead me to these answers, I guess.

Only if I was about to starve to death.

And only if it died by being killed. I don't think it'd eat a person who died "naturally" from cancer or ebola or something.
