I keep trying to eat a whole foods vegetarian diet with dairy and eggs from Animal Welfare Approved suppliers, but the nearest Whole Foods is a 15-minute drive from where I live, while the closest Harris Teeter (the mainstream grocery store) is only 2 minutes away. I keep taking the path of least resistance by going to Harris Teeter, where I end up buying products that probably come from animals in factory farms and processed shiz with about 500 different ingredients, many of which are probably carcinogenic chemicals. Also, they have a measly and ever decreasing selection of decent kombucha. The last time I went they only had two varieties of plain kombucha and about seven of the slimy chia seed kind.
This isn't exclusively a first world problem, but how the hell did that bee get in my room? My window's closed.

Pressing the stop button on the microwave oven one second before it starts to make that insane screeching sound.
Why do they have to make such unpleasant noises? ...Mine will beep every 2 minutes until I get the food out of the microwave, and like, some of that stuff needs to cool, but I still have to get up and open the microwave door.
