I saw not one, but TWO ugly people today.
Needless to say, my day was ruined.
Listen to me, baby, you got to understand, you're old enough to learn the makings of a man.

first world problem courtesy of Bernard Black (Black Books)

Bernard: I'm just strolling along the beach with my discreetly pregnant Brazilian girlfriend. And all of a sudden a boat appears laden with paparazzi. And I say, "Take a picture of me if you must. But leave her out of it. She didn't ask for any of this. She's just an ordinary lingerie model."

Terrible things happen to good people every day.
Consequentially, I am not one of the good people.
I am one of the terrible things.

And god, due to his self-awareness, is the most gruesome religious dictator of all times. Checkmate.

As soon as you discuss this seriously, you lose.

The antibiotics (tonsilitis/sinisitus) I got prescribed are four times daily in between meals, why can't I have the ones that are three times daily with a meal? Yes, I complaining about the miracle of life saving drugs because I'm slightly inconvienced by taking them. Plus they make my tummy funny.
I'm frustrated by the lack of organically raised meat, and vegetables in this desert hell hole of a town. People look at me weird for asking for red palm oil. I long for decent coffee, and conversation that does not involve who did who in the weekend. And wtf is the arthouse movie section at the DVD store? Or the scifi and fanatasy section for that matter? (yes I know I could probably download them).
Currently submerged under an avalanche of books and paper work. I may come back up for air from time to time.
Real life awaits and she is a demanding mistress.

I washed my work slacks and they shrunk up an inch. They're not highwaters, but they don't have a break in them where they meet my shoe. I need a break. I'm thinking about buying a new pair.
