Shopping is more stressful than relaxing. i really hate to find something id want to buy and i try to buy things only when i need them, but its hard to find anything acceptable. something that doesent look like hip pop clown clothes, doesent cost too much and feels good on me is next to impossible to find. especially trying to find shoes that arent made for thin chinese women(are wide enough), doesent cost like hell and doesent look stupid is especially hard to find. last time it took lik 5 stores to find good shoes and i only found one good pair, but they costed bit too much..

I'm the same. Book stores and music stores are relaxing. Clothes are not so relaxing, electronics as well. Can be fun, but not so relaxing.

    Relaxing? Eh, not really.
    Fun? Uh, sure.

If I'm by myself and can browse at my leisure, it can be more relaxing than in comparison to with others. I like the theoretical possibility that exists in walking into a store and know that I could potentially find that I end up really liking, and when I shop for myself I typically browse every nook and cranny looking for that one item that's going to produce the "Aha!' feeling. However, most people are annoyed with my indecisiveness while shopping. I'll cycle my way through every times, sometimes even returning to ones I've already visited while contemplating whether or not something is actually worth purchasing.

Depends. Shopping online -- Can be definitely. Sometimes frustrating.

Shopping irl: If I'm not in need of anything and just going to explore some stores for deals, then it is neither stressful nor relaxing. If I need something, I hate it.

Sometimes while I'm shopping I pretend I'm Cher Horowitz from the movie Clueless. I don't think that admission is helping my case.

only if I don't need something and just buy things for fun until the credit card is burnt. That is fun and relaxing of course.

    No.

It's a pain in the ass trying to find clothes in my size that simultaneously fit my tastes, and when I do find these sorts of pieces, I'm usually too poor for them.

And additionally, I hate wasting time searching for these things. I wish they would just pop up in my closet, and I wouldn't have to do any work. If I was a rich housewife, I would hire one of those personal stylists/shoppers.
