    It's too bad that I'm not bored. Quite honestly, I have too much to do now that classes have started.

    Quite sure this forum will like it without me harping about something every-day, anyways.

    A few weeks ago I went to this great workshop on how to make a traditional Adobe brick oven for baking bread.
    Its very cool, PeaceBaby. I had a friend whose family created a successful construction business using Adobe and Rammed Earth. And I lived in an adobe home once

    But anyways, I agree with you. In my experience it has been good to get out of my head by physically moving, even when mentally stuck the movement can work on me from the outside in - and I find my mind more flowing, less stagnant. Hands in motion as meditation. I do origami (elucidation here, very small sampling here) and I am now working on practicing a new artform for me, which is pastels.

    Your thread reminds me a bit of the Aardvark Manifesto 2010.
