Mmmm.... ESTJs often are the faithful evil lieutenants of the ENTJs supervillains... (and ISTJ's their minions)
    They don't look like donkeys.

I was going to say that before I saw your post, but I'll second that.

Standoffish until they like you, then they want all your attention....on their own terms, of course....yup.

I don't like cats. I'd say maybe gorilla or orangutan...
    No offense.

    Feel, eh? lol

I've been thinking INFPs as whales as well.
House-Sparrows for ENTPs also.. those crazy-cute but annoying birdies! They're taking over the world, holy hell's bells!

I don't know, chimps generally seem pretty social and friendly. I guess the shotgun evens it out though.

    I'm still leaning towards gorilla.
    No offense.

Oh yeah, they are whales alright...the killer kind.

I would say ESTPs are more like a sparrow. Or maybe even ISTP since those ITP types are such birdbrains.

    ISFJ- an old dog

My mother used to identify a lot with an old golden retreiver we found living out in a cornfield beside the road. She was trained and such and it was evident that she had once had a home, so we took her home to keep her for the rest of her lifespan. The dog was so happy to just have a home and would follow my mother around and just happily sit near her when she was working on things. She was also quite protective of my mom.

Both the old dog and my ISFJ mother loved "home", both were happiest to be around those who they love and both are protective of "thier people"

The other ISFJs I've met have reminded me of the same sort of thing
