He's INTP 5w6 sx/so, choleric-melancholy, tritype 6-1-4. Anyone who disagrees with that assessment is just plain stupid.

    Just. Kidding.

Seriously though, does anyone have a link to the speech he gave? Tallulah?

Working in "education" myself (and having done so in the past), I see his point about the MBA mindset, paternalistic approach. I mean, all organizations need sound management and good financial management, etc, but I think what he's getting at is that teachers should just be allowed to do what they do best - teach. Take all the accountants and the top-heavy org structures, and the beauracratic layers and get rid of them. All they do is "get in the way" of teachers. Teachers need support systems and managers, but all that fluff ends up getting in the way. That stuff could, to a large degree, be thinned out and you'd be left with teachers who actually get to teach.

Yes, I love him too. And I always thought it was especially wise that he married a woman who was not a celebrity.

Yeah, I was just joking - making some random, outlandish proclamation of his type - as if I knew him. Don't you love when people do that?

    Tiger Woods? "Oh yeah, 8w7 sx/sp, melacholic-choleric, tritype 8-2-5. That's a no brainer!"

I'm not a big movie buff - I loved Good Will Hunting, Rounders, and Saving Private Ryan, didn't particularly care for some others: Ocean's Eleven (and 12, 13, 16, 249, 383, etc.), Bourne Identity/Ultimatum (1, 2, 16, 471, etc.), and the Departed (strange! Felt like I lost a few hours of my life watching that one).

Clearly a Ti dominant, but I'm thinking ISTP 5w6 . If he was an INTP his Ne would probably quickly remind him many exceptions for the magic rule he had just created - which can be a bad thing when you want to keep a stance on a given subject.
