I actually just read a blog post about some feminist issues with some aspects of the religion I grew up with for some of my life. Since I stopped attending, I hadn't thought about those things really at all, so it's weird to me to remember that it is still a big deal to people - women esp - who are still trying to be a part of it.
I think the people who really participate wholeheartedly AND hold onto their own ideals are real tough ladies (and men), I really admire them. I don't think I can do it. I still believe in spirituality and community, just have a hard time with religion in my own life I guess.
Your kisses, sweeter than honey. But guess what, so is my money.
