About a 9/10. I don't remember when the last time I got it trimmed (I won't let it be cut more than about an inch-and-a-half) was, but I'd guess about 8-10 months ago. Ideally, I'd love to be able to get it done once every couple months, but I'm poor. Sucks 'cause I also wish I could get my hair to grow down to my butt, but apparently this is its terminal length. Add in the unmanageable curls and split ends, I look like a crazy banshee woman.
I got my smile from the sunshine,
I got my tears from the rain.
I learned to dance when I saw a tiger prance,
And a peacock taught me to be vain.
A little owl in a tree so high,
He taught me how to wink my eye.
I learned to bill and coo from a turtledove,
And a grizzly bear taught me how to hug.
But the guy that lived two caves from me,
He taught me how to love.

apparently my grandmother found some guy on german television she thought I should get it styled like, he had something similar. But its much better styled than my haircut. I was told this repeatedly on our sightseeing trip yesterday.

But Im pretty happy with it I got a hair cut about a month ago after 7-8 months since it was last cut. Im not paying silly money for something as trivial as hairstyle.

Btw I've been daydreaming about TG cutting my hair

That's funny cause my natural curls come out when my hair is short. If I grow it too long it just gets kind of frizzy (I believe Mae's "crazy banshee woman" is a good description).

Short is nice for the summer.

Ahh. well, I had a keratin treatment that straightens your hair about a year ago. it was supposed to wear off after 3 months of washing but that didn't happen to me. It's just now starting to wear off and I'm so happy to have my soft curls back. My hair is very fine and not heavy so weight/length doesn't seem to wear it down much. I didn't noticed any difference in my curls when I had it shorter some years ago. I'd say that shorter hair looks better than longer hair on some women. My best friend is like this. Shorter hair just enhances her beauty to me, moreso than when she has longer hair. Not really sure why but it's so cool.

This thread has inspired me to go get a hair cut this week.

Got one last weekend. #2 razor on the side,#3 on the top, spike the front up just a bit. I love getting my hair washed in those sinks with the spot cut out for your neck. I almost fell asleep last time.

Seriously considering a major change by hacking it off to my shoulders.

My hair is the longest its ever been (midway down my back), and its kind of a pain in the ass. The amount of product required to maintain it is insane, and not to mention the shedding. That said, it is kinda fun
