it can be fun, but completely depends on the person and the subject matter. sometimes i'll just start arguing some completely ridiculous point to fuck with people when i'm bored.

If people can manage to maintain a certain emotional detachment from whatever the subject is, sure. If not, I don't bother.

    arguing: no; debating yes

I'm not to fond of arguments; they lead to hightened hostility and damaged realtions with others. A good debate on the other hand, really flexes the intellectual msucles.

that's probably the closest to how i feel, though "filthy invalid" is, perhaps, a little strong.

i only really debate when i feel there's a need to correct misconceptions and protect people from misinformation. it's unpleasant, but satisfying.

sometimes i do...a bit but too much of it is exhausting.

I only argue when I really get annoyed.

Well that could suck for the opposition if they're unware. People like you should have a warning label.

Arguing is not my thing, it makes me feel quite negative and very hurt, I dislike making anyone angry enough to want to argue with me. Debating gives me an adrenaline rush if I am knowledgeable about the subject at hand.

I typically like to have debates about ideas or beliefs, but real arguing I actually don't like that much, I find it too painful.

I will bicker and squabble sometimes with men because of sexual tension, or as kind of a love/hate button pushing thing...but not even always that, once I have bonded with someone, like we get to know each other, I really don't like the arguing anymore, and I prefer for it to move on to much milder teasing and playful barbs rather than real arguments.

I've also managed to be completely attracted to an INTJ and ENTJ IRL, respectively, without EVER arguing with either of them, so it's actually not a necessity for me to feel sexually attracted, though.

I do think that there's something about arguing with the opposite sex that can prove willfulness or dominance, and I guess I don't need that proven to me from someone who is already confidently willful and dominant, lol.

No. But my S.O. has caused me to become more argumentative and annoying lol....
Then sometimes I become more argumentative because I don't understand and/or can't accept.
I think I could learn better ways of communication.
