    I hear "Banjo" as a name, and I think of the guy from Terry Pratchett's _The Hogfather_.

    Not necessarily the brightest crayon in the box, and kind of a Lenny (Of Mice and Men) type figure.

    I always liked the name Sophie for a girl..
    'soph': wisdom, knowledge.

    I would name a boy something common but solid like Brian or John or Mike.

    I dunno. Syphilis is kind of "catchy".

    I think I might need to lean on the one who ends up carrying them to help me out as I don't need their names to betray what kind of anime freak I am... ^^;;

    I always really liked my middle name, Denholm.

    I think it's a good name.

    I really am not enamoured with the idea of having children myself, but these are the names that I like and would recommend if anyone asked me to help with choosing.

    Male: Max, Jason, William, Brian

    Female: Alexandra, Jessica, Rebecca, Chloe

    Notice how the girls' names are longer than the boys'? I wonder whether this is a common thing or just in my selections... I also find it interesting that many (most?) girls' names end in 'a'. Possibly a 'leftover' from Latin? (i.e. words ending in 'a' being the female versions)

    My older sister wants to give her future children middle names like "Cupcake", "Pie", and "Bean".. I'm sure she's mostly kidding but the only person I could see doing that for real is Britney Spears.

    The chances of me marrying an ethnic woman are very high, I think I would reflect that in the names of the children, possibly.
