    that's true. in some areas of the US, a name like banjo would be celebrated. ukelele might be taken a crude form of mockery, even in hawai'i.

    I knew a guy in high school whose first name was Steamboat. No joke, birth certificated and everything.

    I've been told it's a bad idea to name your children after positive qualities because you deny them any chance of ever possessing that quality. I have a quality-named child and it seems to be true for her in one sense of the word she's named, and not true for her in another sense of the word.

    I did know a woman named Joy and she definitely fits her name, she has a very EXFJ bubbly, positive, warm personality.

    Though, it would be funny if you named your child Joy and they were an extremely reserved, formal, and introverted IXTJ.
