Ransom is a really cool name, Pink! Unusual but not ridiculous, which can be a fine line.

I tend to like ambisexual names for girls. Sam (Samantha), Jo (Joanne), Alex (Alexandra), Max (Maxine). I don't know why, they just sound really cool to me.

I don't know if I'd give a son an ambisexual name though, because I have one and it caused some embarrassment when I was young. Of course, it could toughen you up like the boy named Sue, too.

Aurora: a cool natural phenomenon that is also already used somewhat as a name.

    Thing One & Thing Two
Reyson: ...If you were to change your ways, I'm sure we could rebuild the relationship the two of us once shared.

Naesala: Oh no, that I could never do. You see, humans are essential to the fulfillment of my ambitions.

Reyson: You've changed, Naesala. If this is the path you've chosen, I've nothing left to say.

Maybe it's cause I'm been listening to and reading about The Roots all night, but I think an awesome middle name would be ?uestlove, after the drummer Ahmir ?uestlove Thompson. I have other reasons why this would be cool, but I can't reveal them because it's personal information that should not be divulged.

Dante is a cool name, too.

But, as I think I already said (cause i'm pretty sure I posted here before ) I generally like the general english names like William, David, John, Caitlin, Robert, Malcolm, Eva, Elizabeth, ect

I also like french names quite a bit, especially for girls, but I would never use a french name unless they had a french/quebecois mother.

    Mistake #1 & Mistake #2.

    3rd would be Phil.

Seriously though, probably Jesus. Just because it would have to be a fucking immaculate conception.
Why do we always come here?

    I guess we'll never know.

I'd name him/her something that couldn't easily be identified as belonging to one particular culture... maybe a hybrid of different language roots (like Sanskrit-Greek, or Arabic-Chinese, or Spanish-Russian)... it would have to sound really cool and not rhyme with or sound like anything unsavory...

    Realize us, Madman!

    I razed a slum, Amen.
