We've reached the tipping point. There are now officially more people who want to protest than things to protest about.
A man builds. A parasite asks 'Where is my share?'
A man creates. A parasite says, 'What will the neighbors think?'
A man invents. A parasite says, 'Watch out, or you might tread on the toes of God... '
Such a law would be both uneccessary and ridiculous, leading only to pointless problems where people can get into trouble for a normal behavior.
That said, a child puking can be a delicate matter, depending on the specific situation and the psyche of the child. For instance, if the child feels embarrassed by the fact that they puked, an involuntary biological process I may add, then to force them to clean up their own mess would probably be cruel, thus someone else should take the decency to clean it up for them. If the child doesn't mind cleaning their own mess or willingly wants to, then having the child do so is fine.
If my young child is sick and pukes, I am going to clean it up. But it doesn't need to be illegal for a kid to clean up his or her own puke! What if the kid is older and is home alone? I mean, as an adult, you have to clean up your own vomit when you're sick. Gotta learn sometime!
