Mightier than the tread of marching armies is the power of an idea whose time has come

    "I don't feel like fighting."

Always said by the person that loves to fight.

When people use the suffix "itis" when describing lazy behaviour, like Monday-itis or 3:30-itis.
Why do we always come here?

    I guess we'll never know.

It's like a kind of torture,
To have to watch this show.

workaholic - what is that, someone who's addicted to workahol?
    I'm not a procrastinator. I'm a long-term planner.

You've never heard of workahol? It used to be used a lot as a solvent, I think the name came from how workers exposed to workahol at factories became addicted to it, and associated their place of work with the good feeling, spending more time at it. It may be an urban legend, though,

    I hate those phrases!:

"This sentence is wrong, you should........."
    "Shush!"
    "Time is money"
"Wait a minute please, I'm still working,"
"You're beautiful, but you'll be much more beautiful if you................"
    "Don't" *but he/she nods his/her head*
    "You're still under-aged, you shouldn't watch this,"
    "Anime characters aren't real"

Four thumbs down for the last four I listed

    "Who cares?"

----as a response to something brought up by someone else who obviously cares. If you don't care, then just don't respond. :steam:

    "Inquiring minds want to know!"

Fortunately I haven't seen this phrase used recently, but I remember about 3 to 5 years ago when a lot of people were using this phrase in their email/online posts as if it was something original. :rolleyes2:
