And I can tell you some Sensors are hurt by the sensor bias even if it's directed toward "evil Sensors in the real world" and not at them specifically. It can hurt their feelings and make them feel uncomfortable or even angry. It perpetuates a sort of ignorance that everyone you like or have things in common with must all be Intuitives. It's a bunch of bull crap.

But I'm kind of oblivious to what you're talking about going on here now, I'm honest when I say I actually prefer the more social atmosphere, though I guess in some cases it can lead to group bullying because friends will back up friends.

However, if there are groups of friends, and people who know each other better, I don't see how that's a problem. It seems kind of crazy to want to restrict the social aspect of the forum, especially with there being ventrillo here and how people meet-up. Some people stay here BECAUSE of the social atmosphere.
I don't want to restrict the social aspect, really. It actually treats me okay, even if i'm rough around the edges and a bit hot-tempered at times.
What it needs to do is that people who obviously bully someone, like that crap that happened today, needs to take a vacation.
Like have their names lit up in pink, making that comment thing under their name and their signature state that they are bullies. For a month or two.
If it's repeated a lot it should lead to a permanent ban.
Sure, most of it comes from some people being insecure about themselves and thus having to oppress others in order to feel big... So they have their problems.
But they need to know it's not okay to do that shit, still. They won't grow up and solve their own predicaments unless they have to.

This seems to be a common problem on most internet forums and as has been discussed before, it could be far worse than it is at TypeC. I'm unconvinced that a different style of moderation would help counter either miscommunication and misinterpretation or the fact that people are jerks sometimes (whether they've had a bad day, or they're going through a rough patch, or they just like to stir things up.)

Just be nicer to each other and everyone will might be happier.

The waters were treacherous; Food was scarce; Spirits were low; But alas on the dawn of an chilly February morning, I finally docked onto the sandy shores of the TypoC beach. Obviously I did miss something. See what happens when I actually work?

Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world: some folks have bad intentions; some folks will not like you; and if you act like a mouse, some cat will come along and eat you. Expect it.

If trolls bother you, then do your part to improve the morale; be creative and ignore them. Sitting around complaining about them does not improve morale; it strokes little troll egos.

And people there seemed to generally be able to take a joke. Not sure what it's like there now.
I understand, sorry if I got "too close for comfort". I just meant, are they more , more , more :rolli:, more or more ?

I thought INTPs were nice and sweet unless you tried to BS them? MY CHILDLIKE INNOCENCE HAS BEEN SHATTERED.

    I joke, I joke, I keed, I keed.
Back when I thought I was an INTJ, I hung out there as a guest, lurking... It was pretty... clinical, so to speak, IIRC, though my memories are kinda hazy. Love the banner tagline, though.

Holy smokes, that's right! It seems so... absent nowadays. Maybe because Patches has been given the Gavel of Anti-Jackassery?

Well, someone did say the forum seems to be boring lately... Hopefully this thread helped feed the boredom monster as an early afternoon snack.

    *doh*.
    Yes

Minimum and maximum is still 115x145. There are premade avatars (don't want to use them anyhow.) You can make your own ones but it has to have no borders (whether it was originally part of the picture or not) and it cannot be under or over 115x145. If the avatar was hardly noticeable at that size, tough luck.

And the autocensoring is the funniest thing ever. But the people claim it is to prevent any inter-forum drama.

It is only more lax because the threads aren't as clean as when I was there.
