    Default The Sounds of English

I have often wondered what English sounds like to those who do not understand it and have unsuccessfully tried to hear the phonemes without hearing the meaning. Cue the Italians! (thank you StumbleUpon)

It's comprised entirely of gibberish designed to sound like American English...and the music is damn funky

    funny topic!
I asked a Parisian friend what English speakers sounded like to a Frenchman. I gave him my version of the sound of French too. We laughed pretty hard!

    That italian song is hilarious!

Hmm... funny thing, I don't think I know anymore how it sounds like when you don't understand the words... Damn education.

that's awesome. I keep thinking he's actually saying words. English sounds a lot like that to me sometimes, actually, even though it's my first language (often have trouble understanding people unless they are enunciating very clearly)

the sad thing is i think this is a lot better in terms of both music/singing and dancing than a lot of songs in real english.
