Never noticed this to be a problem I thougt it was just how people are. Of course noone can read my moods until I flood them with them lol.

not particularly... I'm pretty consistantly cheerful and enthusiastic... however, I do have a very quick temper, which might be considered somewhat moody by some (except for I can't stay mad more than a few minutes)

I'm not unusually moody. I have my ups and downs. Sometimes I feel things very intensely, and then I realize that there are people out there who probably feel this way all the time. My most common moods are mildly happy, mildly anxious, and apathetic. (In that order.)

I am not moody....I just address each situation from the stance it deserves.

Yes, but it is subtle. I'm not dramatically moody. It doesn't take a whole lot to change my mood though, either for better or worse.
Often a star was waiting for you to notice it. A wave rolled toward you out of the distant past, or as you walked under an open window, a violin yielded itself to your hearing. All this was mission. But could you accomplish it? (Rilke)

I find that if I am not consistently visiting the gym, I get moody. As long as I'm going, though, I am quite stable.

I'm reaching for equilibration balance rather than moodiness, although out of stress I have been known to buy ice cream and consume it in one sitting.

When I stop eating regularly or start listening to sad music repeatedly, or blogging massively, that'll be a sign of my moodiness.
