I think it won't change much. Yes, we'll probably have better technologies, but I'm not exactly sure what the developments will be. But at least they won't have a time machine, because in that case we'd know.

I think that the world would globally be the same. Humans relationships will still be that hard, people will still be that stupid. British will still have a Queen. But I guess we probably have more modern technologies, found a way to be immune against cancer and AIDS, and maybe some other disease could emerge. Some regions like Africa will be more developed and Europa and USA will perhaps decline, and remerge again then.
