    Heh...

I remember when Heart & I met on another forum, I got into a huge fight with her in a thread I started. I loathed her for a brief bit, or what she represented in my mind -- someone misinterpreting me and sparking my defensiveness. Turned out, we had a mutual friend online, so our friendship grew. She turned into one of my closest confidants during one of the most difficult times in my life and I thank her for that.

ThatsWhatSheSaid.. our first interaction had me calling him "LA scum". He, too, became a close friend. He's a great guy with great ideas and energy.

I have no idea what I first thought of Disregard when I first met her.

    I honestly can't remember.

I thought disregard was a bitch, she's grown on me, still not enough to start a friendship with her, but the point is I no longer think she's a bitch.

Generally they do, because they've had more time to get fat.

I'm not particularly scary and I've been here forever and have a ton of posts... I don't think that I'm particularly sinister

I joined when the board was definitley less than a year old and a lot of the older posters than me on here seemed to know each other from boards that they had previously been on... I kind of poked around and didn't post much for a few months because I kind of felt like an outsider here

Among the ones that stood out to me:

Jennifer: My first impression was, "How can she have time to post so much?" I still wonder that but now I'd add that I really appreciate her knowledge and insights and sensitivity. She's one of the softer INTPs, in a good way.

Marmie Dearest: Someone idealistic with strong opinions on things. Not afraid to express herself and how she feels about certain issues.

Prplchknz: Kind of unpredictable. Sometimes she'll say the funniest things. Other times she'll be really down about things. Other times, she will be very blunt and tell the truth whether you want to hear it or not.

Jeffster: Someone who's fun and lighthearted and avoids the darker side of things.

Gromit: Very sweet and kind. Seems very happy and content with things.

Giggly: Similar to Gromit. Maybe a little more shy but once you get to know her, I think she would be very fun company.

Vasisila: Quiet and highly principled with a little bit of a mystical side.

Victor: His posts are kind of confounding and hard to wrap my head around sometimes. Has some very good insights at times.

AyoitsStepho: Fun and playful, a bit flirtatious and sexy, yet still kind of sweet and innocent.

Asocialone has grown on me the most. I suppose his name left a bad first impression, so there was a lot of room for improvement. Turns out he's pretty cool.
