She is the initial reason I came here after reading a post of hers after a Google search.

Now we kinda shifted different directions but I still find myself enjoying some of her darker or quick witted insights.

I hadn't forgotten. I remember thinking 'Damn, I just got here and I can't keep my big mouth shut, to a mod even! '

I was so relieved when you took it in stride. Damn that Fi!

I was really intimidated by almost everyone for a few weeks.

My impressions of people have not changed much.
My reactions to them change, as do my relationships.
But that is natural state of flux on or off the internet.

As for Marm and Purps.. I Loved them both right from the get go. It just took them both a while to realize it

I often notice and draw conclusions about people on the basis of their avatars.

What kind of conclusions? Do you think that's fair, since you cannot possibly know the motivation behind choosing the avatar? If people change their avatar, are you still affected by the impression you got from their previous one?

I guess people can't really help the impressions they form on the spot, but I often wonder whether they actually consider the validity of their impressions.

    Jerks!

I notice avatars as well. Not so much that I imbue the poster with the characteristics of the avatar, I wonder why they chose that avatar in the first place. It's a public mask.

My first impression of Victor, I was like 'who is this guy? He seems so strange' but over time I came to see that he was a really unique guy.

Teh-heh, I've certainly dropped a bridget on many users here, and to be honest I find it kind funny, in a mischievous way. And yeah, my burning passion against the machine and opiniated attitude aren't immediatly apperant, but once ya get to know me ya know how contentious and antiauthoritarian I can be

Yep. That's no secret, either: he made a video for the Type Me thread. I also didn't know he was British.
Oh, you think I'm British? No, no, I'm half British my blood descent only (my mother is from England) but she has been speaking an an American accent since she was 14, what you heard was my natural voice
