Well, it's built kind of like an unattractive guy Great big pot belly and everything. (Not that this is bad - I do like your avatar!) I definitely thought you were a guy too - not just because of your avatar, but because your argument style reminds me a lot of guys on this forum. I guess because the INxP females on TypeC aren't as likely to get into arguments full of righteous indignation? Maybe - or more likely because most INxPs here are men, so I've started to associate that posting style with guys in general. Hence my thinking that Randomnity was male, too. And MDP2525, way back in the day.

People used to think I was a guy, on this forum. I put a clarifier in my sig for a while, and then the confusion generally stopped, but since I took it out of my sig, I don't know how many people have remained confused. So... I dunno?

I don't remember if I mistook you for male way back when, but I haven't anymore since the signature. In fact, I even forgot you had that in your signature in the first place

    Success!

It probably also helps that I have the hug smiley in my sig now

I've definitely been wrong about a few of the genders on this forum, but I don't want to embarrass anyone by saying which

I think SilkRoad is a feminine-ish username and I decided to put it in my sig to avoid any possible confusion.

Oh well, I may as well embarrass myself and admit that I've been mistaken for a guy IN REAL LIFE a number of times. I also get told I look like a supermodel. Confusing much? The joys of being six feet tall, having a flat chest, slightly androgynous looks (thank God I have big eyes anyway) and a deep voice...

    *whistles innocently*

One of the reasons I changed my avatar was because of the confusion I was causing. My username though is something I've had since high school and have long been comfortable with it

Ordinarily, I'd reply to a suggestion like this by saying "You first!" Not this time.

Cherish it. Femininity is associated with gentleness. What INFJ would not like to be perceived as gentle?

Well when you phrase it like that I suppose I can't complain.

On another note: Who would like to be perceived as Yentl?
