I've seen multiple people respond with this already, but I really hate the whole "fail & win" thing. Not to mention, "fail" seems like such a harsh thing to say when someone's made a mistake. It doesn't make me want to laugh or think you're cool, it makes me wanna punch your mouth into your left butt cheek.
I hate "fail" too. I kept wanting to tell them that I didn't fail, I just fucked up once. It's a mistake, not a failure.
I eventually just learned to live with it, but it always irritated me.
I have never heard this phrase and do not know why it needs to be a thing.
Sorry I meant "get raped". It was popular in gaming circles, usually spoken when someone was defeated and being teabagged.
For instance, let's say we're playing Call of Duty, and your team has a score of 2, while mine has a score of 48. Before the game draws to a close, I run over to your corpse as you watch your "kill death" cam, and I start humping your sorry ass screaming through the mic "get raped" like a de-brained frat boy.
