    Concluding from my Facebook feed: 'here I come'. Seriously, you're only allowed to say that when you're: a) a superhero who's about to save the day, b) some awesome dude like Gandhi or Mandela bringing peace and shit to some place, c) Jesus returning to earth, or d) about to have an orgasm. Not when you're about to spend a weekend emo eating in some cottage a few hours away.
    Ewww is the new sexy

    @Elfboy

    OP is basically just apologetics for everyone opposed to progressive society. I for one would much rather live in a society without racial jokes, where women made up more that 19% of congress and we didn't have to worry about mass sterilization cause the endocrine disruptors that result from agricultural runoff.

    I would love to see the absence of:

    "I can't" as a phrase
    Listicals i.e 25 things to do before you turn 25, top 10 sex moves, 17 things she doesn't want you to know
    "I haven't look at the numbers but I would guess that..."

    ooo good one! so annoying.
    You hem me in -- behind and before;
    you have laid your hand upon me.
    Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

    "Thirsty". Holy sheets!! What does that even mean??
    Some 17 year old boy on facbook made a list of the top 10 prettiest girls at his school and I responded saying that it is demeaning to girls to list them on looks and how disappointed I was that he would do it. Some random 17 year old girl told me I was thirsty and ended up with 7 likes. Suddenly I felt old and out of touch on what's hip.

    I still have no idea what "thirsty" means but I feel as if I was insulted...
    Whatever, at least I can legally drink alcohol. Hah! Who's thirsty now?!

    This is what I thought it would mean too

    Urban Dictionary...

    1. Thirsty
    word of the day: December 05, 2005
    1. Too eager to get something (especially play)
    2. Desperate
    (Boy running up) "Ay gurl whasup? Look, you lookin real nice, can I get that young number?"

    (Girl under breath) "Thirsty"

    We say "thirsty for attention" in NZ.

    Huh... when I was a whipper snapper we called em "attention whores".
    Hmm, I still feel as if that was a really dumb response to what I had said. Teenagers, aye!
