Wow. Very impressive. Apparently a star is born.

One question Highlander. If the sound was muted, would it make any difference to you?

I do think her voice is really incredible. She reminds me of Leona Lewis.

She does have a good but not great voice. And she's been well voice coached. But she doesn't quite have the range or depth of Leona Lewis's voice or say someone like Kelly Clarkson.

But I'm not trying to put her down. I agree she's got star quality since she does have a good voice and is gorgeous, so this helps to pull the men in.

    Did she win?

Do people still watch this show?

them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe.” -Neil Gaiman

She didn't win yet. It's still pretty early from what I gather.

Well, maybe you're right about that.

I'm not sure about the comparison with Kelly Clarkson yet...

It's good to see someone who has some idea of what it means to transition between belting it out and the soft moments. The way her voice trailed out so suddenly after the end part shows she has a good perception and attention to the feeling and detail of the music.

I'd rather listen to someone with a "not so great" voice who knows how to ebb and flow, than someone like Jerry Vale who kills you with a constant tone.

Not bad. I thought the video was fantastic, fluid.

From 2:06 to 2:13, when she belts it out, it sounds like Jessica Simpson to me.

I didn't see the show this week, so I have no idea if she did good again. And not to hijack the thread, but this kid Casey Abrams is one talented musician!
