Thumbs up Survival Strategies in the Case of a TypoC Apocalypse

Or in other words, what would we all do if this forum just disappeared... forever?

    *insert scary/dramatic music*

Do you have all the things that uploaded on here somewhere that is accessible offline? Do you have other ways to contact the most awesome members here? Would you try to recreate the forum with the pieces at hand? Or would you find other ways to enjoy those extra few hours?

What strategies do you have in mind? Or would you just hide in cold, dark place: idle and powerless?

Now is the time to be prepared :workout:

Losing my Blog would be a personal travesty... Perhaps I should start backing it up..

Come to think of it, I've never planned for such an event at all (although with the number of times this site is down I really should have). It would be sad not to be able to chat with my fellow members of typeC, perhpas I should strive to make deeper friendips so that I can aquire alternative methods of communications with those I really care about on this site?

I thought about this after the recent outage.

I think what I would probably do, is join several other typology forums like PersonalityCafe or something, and hope a lot of the members from here also rallied towards the same forums. I'm pretty sure I would at least run into a few of them. We would probably all be spread out on several forums at first, but then we would start to concentrate ourselves towards the one where more members gravitated. I would try to stick around on all the forums at first, so I could try and help inform everyone of which forums other ex-TypoC people had joined.

I would hope everyone who wanted to contact me could find out that my AIM handle is athenian200, or think to look me up on another forum. As long as we all find each other on some part of the Internet to discuss typology... I think we're in good shape.

Probably sit back and say something like, "Well . . . that was a pretty good run." Then I'd proceed to get more work done than usual.

I would be really sad and probably look at the facebook page in hopes of another forum being created.

No matter what personality site I'm on, TypeC members show up. Just signed up to a new site yesterday since it was suggested to me. Lo and behold, up pops JocktheMotie under the User Spotlight. Can't seem to get away from everyone.
