This is interesting, and is consistent with my having categorized you both as being of similar kinds.

Interestingly enough, he too claims to be an INTP.

I don't know what it is, but both of your posts are screamingly J-ish (dogmatic), to me at least...

I have several but I'll start with just one for now. Cafe. She and I are a lot alike, more so than I would have ever thought upon first meeting her. I have trouble outside of my married maintaining friendships, but she is one person I get on pretty well with. Maybe it's because we're both wacky INFJ's? She seems to understand what I'm talking about even when I'm not making any sense.
The knowledge that there are two of us in the world that think this way . . . it almost makes me a little scared for the world. It's comforting, though, to know I'm not the only one and hear (or read) some of my crazy thoughts come out of someone else.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

See, like only I could understand that.

I relate well to you. I mean our conversations have been enlightening and I get exactly what you're saying to me. Although I don't identify with a lot of the NF'J's on here. Could they possibly be fakes?

You know, I'm not sure. But I think there's one part of me that sort of relates to Economica and ygolo most. This part usually says, "What ever it is, it must be reasonably effective and consistent with itself to have any real meaning."

There's another part that relates to Whatever. It usually says, "What ever it is, it must be able to affect something palpably in order to have any real meaning."

Finally, there's a part that relates to Jennifer and Lethe. It usually says, "What ever it is, it must not devalue yourself or other people in order to have any real meaning."

Out of the INFJ's here, I'd say I relate most to nightning and toonia... but I haven't had a chance to read many of their posts, so I'm not sure.

So I'm a very strange amalgamation of personalities.....
