I was going to say that I could kill Uber if he keep with these derailing, but considering his first post, I would just say "no."

    Yes.

and how would depend on the circumstances and the why...

In the past, when someone has wronged me, I haven't even been tempted to get back at them. If someone wronged me to the point of making me want to murder them, I would find another way to make them disappear from my life. If someone was threatening my life or the life of someone I cared about, I wouldn't kill them.. That seems like an odd decision.. But I would render them unable to hurt me further and follow me, and get away to a safe place. Then I would consult the authorities and a lawyer.

I have a bad temper I can see myself perhaps offing someone when quite angry Also for self defense or to protect someone else...

... I don't think I could kill someone in cold blood though

Edit: I'd probably bludgeon them to death in a fit of rage- perhaps with one of my high heeled shoes

Yes, whatever tools I use to accomplish this goal would depend on the graveness of their actions that would spurn me to such violence. Eye for an Eye, something of the sort...

Yes, but only if she flatly refused to go out with me even after hundreds of phone calls, visits to her work, and bouquets of flowers left on her bed while she is not at home. If she can't see how much I love her after that, it's not even really up to me.

Question: do zombies count as people?

This is highly relevant to my answer.
