Emasculate the female murderers and rapists as well? Wouldn't that lose definiton?

It seems when people talk about murderers and rapists they always think about males. They should just change the term to murderman or rapeman.

Mailmen as well. I hate being reminded that those sweaty, husky, prone to mass murder, postal workers are primarily thought of as men. So sexist.

Congrats on the provocative new avatar Delirious.
Why do we always come here?

    I guess we'll never know.

    if you're joking: haha.

if not: you're a fucking psychopath yourself.

Yes, but all in the name of science.
wow. i mean... i guess we just have different perspectives.

That's a tricky balancing act, my friend. You can only keep them working to your advantage for so song. Realpolitick is a tough practice.

and i think jailbreaks are pretty friggin unlikely.

plus, the eye for an eye attitude seems so inefficient. murder is wrong, so murder the murderers??????
First of all, I don't think people that are misguided by criminals are entirely to blame. I suppose every unwittingly self-oppressing citizen of a dictatorship deserves further punishment?

Everyone has a psychopathic mind. It's the law that keeps most of us from acting on it.

Psychopathy encompasses a lack of empathy.. Empathy is human.

The exact problem with your solution.

You can't realistically do this without some kind of discretion, which is ultimately subjective.

so even if they never commit a crime, they should still be pre-emptively punished?

First of all, I don't think people that are misguided by criminals are entirely to blame. I suppose every unwittingly self-oppressing citizen of a dictatorship deserves further punishment?
so if you murder someone, you should be blamed less if you say "X told me to do it!"? your logic isn't holding up. a murderer is responsible for murdering someone, no?

It's okay. I've said things I didn't really mean before, when trying to be logical. I'm not sure if you meant it or not, but I'm not going to hold it against you.
