They should just be put on a big island with no government authority and they can murder and rape each other to death.

    Like that old Van-Damme movie.
Why do we always come here?

    I guess we'll never know.

It's like a kind of torture,
To have to watch this show.

I personally feel that people who abandon all moral consideration deserve no moral consideration. I actually consider that a moral imperative unto itself.
Why put a bunch of innocents at risk for one cold-blooded bastard?

Who says the psychopath will remain in the cell?
Who says he can exercise no power from the cell?
    Go to sleep, iguana.

You have to draw the distinction between criminal psychopaths and non-criminal psychopaths. It could be a psychopath that is saving your life via brain surgery he invented...or leading your nation's army on the battlefield.

Of course, but unless you'd rather be stuck in a prison cell, I think it'd be better to abide by the rules regardless of how logical or non-logical they may seem.

Politics have never made sense, anyway.

To a certain extent, yes. But injustices by the state first come against the criminals.

    True.

I wonder if it crossed any of your minds that those prisoners who committed crimes against others were likely harmed themselves? Exessive/child abuse, for instance, can greatly impact a child into becoming a bully, then into something worse as can sexual abuse against them.

I can't recall where I heard this from but in some of Canada's provinces, the Natives people have a counsel where they try to reform the offenders (most children/teens I think). I can't recall the outcome though lol

NO! They should be emasculated first! They'll likely use sticks then...
