That does sound like the best way for that to happen, though.

Here, V-Day means Valentine's Day, not Virginity Day.

I personally prefer Virginity Day. That's a cool rename, IMO. LOL. As for the standard version, I think a nice thought sent by card, eCard, email or mouth is enough and agree that it matters more how love is expressed throughout the year rather than just one day. Amateur day for SOs, too funny.

I'd rather get flowers just because - not because it happened to be V-Day. When I was single, I never gave it a second thought, not even one. It was just like any other day except, of course, I did know about it. Big whoop. Of course, I do sort of understand others wanting to be paid attention on this day, it's just not my thing.

Here is my dedication to my Hubbers for V-Day.

Yes I know it's about claustrophobia but I prefer to think of it as how much I love to be close to his skin.

What is my gift to him you ask? Well, it's mouth wateringly fantastic and makes him very happy. I also always give him a box of Dove chocolates.

I think I've bitched enough in other threads about the day...
Dreams are best served manifest and tangible.

    I haven't.

I hate it when new movies come out on Valentine's Day, especially this year. Rather than being a Wednesday or a Friday, they are being released on a Thursday because it's on a stupid holiday that no one in their right mind gives a rat's ass about. That's just wrong.

Now I have to see The Spiderwick Chronicles on a Thursday instead of a Friday. That just makes me mad.

EDIT: And moreover, there are two movies this Valentine's Day coming out that I want to see. And now I am confused on which one to see first. I really hate not being able to see a movie on the first day of its release.

Boohoo. Maybe you and the kitty cat can go together and keep each other company.
