I was curious what you Bergman lovers love about Bergman. I was not curious about his films. Do you always read so carelessly?

    Does not compute.

Unless he had a former career as a tightrope walker or something...

Really now. Must I be explicit. What do you like about his work? YOU. Express. It seems like INTP's are amused by thwarting direct inquiries but if this be the case, just say as much. Thankee.

We aren't interested in persuading others. We're not ENTPs.
I told you it moves me. I could analyse why it does so and discuss the intellectual and artistic merits of his work, but I don't think anyone else is interested in that. This is just a reccy thread, after all.
    Go read a book.

    I second these^, plus:
    Brazil
Rashoman (or Ikuru, or any other Kurasawa film)
    Down by Law

    Not yet mentioned (I think):
    Rosencratz and Guildenstern Are Dead
Cache (this movie smacks of Ni to me, but I can’t explain why)
    The Limits of Control
Spirited Away (or any Miyazaki film)
    The Royal Tenenbaums
Shortbus (though I should add the disclaimer that it’s practically porn)
    The Crossing Guard
Wings of Desire (or other Wim Wenders film)

I love movies like Logan's Run or Soylent Green, too, but probably naming one or two is as good as naming all of them.
