Lightbulb What do you consider the worst?

I'm trying to find the top 12 worst criminals, animal pests, bug pests, and types of litter in cities/towns/villages and in what order their severity would be. So, top 12 types of criminals, top 12 animal pests, top 12 bug pests, and top 12 types of litter. I'd do a poll, but that wouldn't be adequate. Please either tell me some of what you consider the worst, put them in a 1-12 order, suggest others not on the list, or even suggest what should be eliminated from the list because it is too similar to another. There are more than 12 in some lists because they are just options I thought of to pick from. You can choose 12 of the ones there or modify them to fit what you think the worst is or add to the list. I'm just trying to get the broadest general idea of what is considered the top 12 worst of each category and in what order. This is for a game I'm making. I'm going to make 12 "cards" for each category on which I'll write these on and give them a severity rating from 1-12. Each player will have one of each category and will try to exchange their cards with other players and the person with the lowest combined score wins after 3 swaps.

Here's what I have thought of to choose from:

    Criminals:
    kidnappers
    arsonists
    drug dealers
    armed robbers
    con artists
    counterfeiters
deadbeat dads (not criminal, but hey)
    vandals
    stalkers
    auto thieves
    drunk drivers
    gangsters
(I don't want to include murderers and rapists and pedophiles and such as would bother the people and/or their parents playing)

    Animals:
    mice
    rats
    stray cats
    stray dogs
    raccoons
    bears
    foxes
    weasels
    coyotes
    wolves
    gophers
    pigeons
    bats
    moles
    skunks
    snakes
    armadillos
    bobcats
    squirrels
    opossums
    scorpions

    Bugs:
    ants
    bed bugs
    mosquitoes
    cockroaches
    flies
    beetles
    moths
    slugs
    bees
    fleas
    hornets
    centipedes
    spiders
    silverfish
    termites
    wasps

    Litter:
    cigarette butts
    newspaper
    cardboard boxes
    metal (specify type)
    glass (specify type)
    plastic (specify type)
    Styrofoam
    soup cans
    dirty diapers
    clothing (specify type)
    food (specify type)
    junk mail

gophers are far more threatening than drunk drivers. Did you ever see Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull?? That little bastard survived point blank radiation!

Maybe, except I'm not comparing gophers to drunk drivers. They are in separate categories. Only ones in the same category are compared to each other.

    Thanks, Snuggletron.

When it comes to criminals my reverence for life would have to put murderers of any description at number one, after that I'd place rapists and torturers, after that I'd actually place child abusers and neglectful parents because the trauma they cause and its fall out will have a major impact across the entire life span, I'd consider all crimes against property, including theft and vandalism and all that sort of thing under a single heading together pretty much, after that so called victimless crime, which I think does have victims because its usually intimately linked with all the other crimes.

So your game is going to be basically Pit renamed, or is there another angle to it?

    Criminals:
kidnappers - #1 - usually associated with murder/rape/torture...I guess "benign" kidnapping would still be the worst because of the mental associations.
arsonists - #2 - also associated with murder, either accidentally or on purpose
drug dealers - #4, same reasoning
armed robbers - #5, same reasoning
    con artists #6
    counterfeiters
deadbeat dads (not criminal, but hey)
    vandals
    stalkers
    auto thieves
    drunk drivers
gangsters - #3, ditto. Lots of murder and torture and so on associated.
(I don't want to include murderers and rapists and pedophiles and such as would bother the people and/or their parents playing)

    Animals:
    mice #1
rats #2 because they aren't really common where I live, same as mice though
    stray cats
    stray dogs
raccoons - irritating but not a huge problem
bears - not an issue in most areas but dangerous
    foxes
    weasels
    coyotes
    wolves
    gophers
pigeons - irritating but no big deal
bats #1 too, they're freaky and rabies
    moles
skunks - can be a problem, mostly you can keep away from them
    snakes
    armadillos
bobcats - dangerous but not in most areas
    squirrels
    opossums
scorpions - angerous but not in most areas

    Bugs:
    ants
bed bugs - #1 by a loooooong shot. ugh.
    mosquitoes - #3
    cockroaches - tied for #2
    flies
    beetles
    moths
    slugs
    bees
    fleas
    hornets
    centipedes
    spiders
    silverfish
    termites - tied for #2
    wasps

    Litter:
    cigarette butts
    newspaper
    cardboard boxes
    metal (specify type)
glass (specify type) #2, any kind but beer bottles are most common
    plastic (specify type)
    Styrofoam
    soup cans
dirty diapers - ewww. I guess this is #1
    clothing (specify type)
    food (specify type)
    junk mail

I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

The probability that I was procrastinating when I was typing this post:

    P(have big assignment due) = 0.6
    P(posting on TypoC) = 0.2
P(having big assignment due | posting on TypoC) = 0.7

P(posting on TypoC | having big assignment due) = .......

    Eh, I'll finish it later.

Nah, it's not really like Pit. I just left a bunch out because it's not relevant.
