    Mmmm. So many things...

Stretching out in the sunlight with a good book.
Singing along to the radio in the car.
    Hugging my baby sis.
    Splitting sushi with my friends.
    Writing late into the night.
Going to the beach and just...watching the ocean, letting the tide wrap about my heels.
Snuggling into a chair with a wornout pillow and warm blanket.
    Talking to people I love.

    • Specific experiences involving complete quiet and a moving feeling, normally occurring in nature, alone.
    • Hugs.
    • The times I feel completely in tune with nature, as if my mind could fly if it weren't attached to my physical self. When things click, and I feel blissful. This happens once in a while.
    • Interacting with my dogs. Seeing them look at me with unabashed adoration and love.
    • Being held, falling asleep curled up with someone... this is a recent discovery.
    • Reading a good book.
    • Showing myself completely, feeling uninhibited in my actions for once. This happens rarely with others, and often when I'm alone.
    • Tea, and other assorted hot drinks.
    • More stuff.

Do you really want to know?

Only sex and drugs make me happy anymore. Best together.

Better to focus on joy rather than happiness.

the nucleus accumbens, good conversations, moking people for fun while thinking about in group\ out group fights for social dominance and laughing inside.

Happiness: The setting of impossingly high standards that attenuates the value of the simple joys of life.
When people look for happiness they're technically making joy AND happiness less attainable.

Or you could see it from an offer \ demand perspective, the more you ask for it, the more expensive and rare it gets.
