1) Snape. I'm actually quite disappointed with his role in book 7. I hoped he would be an independent agent, fighting against Voldemort but not together with Harry because he doesn't trust Harry. It's a bit black and white - either you are with Harry or with Voldemort, at least if you're an important character.
2) Umbridge. I wish I could write a villainess like her.
3) McGonagall. I wish I was a teacher like her... She doesn't approve of Trelawney but tries to hide it because teachers have to stand together. She doesn't hide her disgust from Umbridge, who is more or less an anti-teacher, trying to prevent the students from learning anything!
